ERCAAN Strengthens Governance, Approves Key Reforms at April National Council Meeting.

The Estate, Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) has announced a series of major resolutions aimed at strengthening professionalism, governance, and operational standards across its national structure.

This followed the Association’s April 2026 National Council Meeting held at its National Secretariat, SWAN Building, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos. The meeting, initially scheduled for Ondo Town, was relocated due to logistical considerations.

The meeting was presided over by the National President, Hon. Godwin Alenkhe (EFA), and attended by members of the newly constituted Board of Trustees, National Executive Committee, state leaders, and other key stakeholders within the Association.
