The unveiling ceremony took place last Friday at the Surulere Zonal Secretariat in Lagos. The National President of ERCAAN, Sir Godwin Alenkhe, who also serves as the Chief Host of the conference, expressed his gratitude to the planning committee for choosing a bold and timely theme:

“Navigating Nigeria’s Real Estate Climate: Prospects and Challenges.”

According to Sir Alenkhe, the theme captures the pressing need to explore Nigeria’s dynamic real estate environment, especially in light of evolving economic, social, and infrastructural factors that affect property ownership, housing accessibility, and investment opportunities across the nation.

“In a world where housing, urban development, transportation, and education are becoming increasingly interconnected, events like these help stakeholders understand how to adapt and respond to shifting trends,” he explained.

The Chairman of the Conference Planning Committee, Godwin Demech, stated that this year’s conference will build upon the overwhelming success of last year’s edition. He emphasized the committee’s commitment to delivering one of the most impactful gatherings in the history of the Association. The event is scheduled to take place on November 27, 2025, at the prestigious Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa-Ikeja, Lagos State.

Prominent dignitaries, including Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and governors from other Southwest states, are expected as special guests.
